  Waited 20 minutes for service at the jewelry counter. They called 3 times for someone to come and help. When I wanted to make my problem known about that peopme have other things to do the lady that came told me to come down. Not I'm sorry about that, no apologies just sir calm down ... I just left. I always known the service was bad but for them not to recognize their short coming and making me feel like I was the one in the wrong that's bulls**t.
