  Chad responded to my call for information. We discussed treatment and a payment option. I explained to him when i called in 2017. I spoke to someone named Steve who sent a tech out who would could not locate my apartment. The tech would call but i did not get the call for some reason. After explaining this to Chad, he made sure my apartment was inspected and treated without incident. I told him the time and dates i wanted. He made it go exactly as i wanted it. All the team was professional and this was a great experience.
