  A big shout out to "COURTNEY " she offers some of the best customer service. Will not go to the other AT&T stores. Just let me say the knowledge and professional experience was top notch. The wait may be longer than you want but it's worth the wait. You can request certain sales associates! You can even go on line and schedule a appt!!! They have a system that works. The Manager Brian is also amazing! With the help I received from Courtney and her manager Brian between cell phones, adding DirecTV services, they made the experience hassle free ! Just remember it's a holiday time have patience because when it's your turn to be serviced by the customer representative, you want all your questions answered and you want to have the best customer experience you can have with the friendly knowledgeable staff !
