  Was behind an older gentleman and when he asked about getting his military discount, the cashier said he needed his military card. That was very rude. Why would he lie about that. This gentleman fought for our country and I am proud of guys like him. Lowe's should be ashamed of themselves. I won't shop that store again.

  Exceptional customer service. I placed an order online late on a Saturday night and it was ready for pick up on Sunday morning. The flooring department had my boxes up front and helped with loading it into my vehicle. The ladies at customer service were great and very quick in processing my request when I checked in at the front.
