  My brother went in to buy a PS4 Pro. He used my account to get me the points. He was told that he could get me the Elite Pro upgrade for free. Unfortunately, what he didn't say was it was gonna use 30,000 of my points. And then it didn't go into effect. It gave me a coupon to redeem. So I didn't get 3x the points for this purchase as advertised. I just renewed my Pro membership so I just spent double the price on a membership. I called the location and the manager on duty was calm, cool, collect. She was nice and didn't really try to argue so I definitely appreciate that. There needs to be a better system so that people can't just willy nilly spend my points on an upgrade I don't need.
